    • Description

Paritua crafts its Willow Chardonnay from dry-farmed estate vines grown in the warm, gravelly soils of the Bridge Pa Triangle. Focused on sustainable viticulture and gentle handling, the winery hand-picks fruit at optimal ripeness. The 2024 vintage was whole-bunch pressed and fermented in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels with native yeasts. Partial malolactic fermentation softened the natural acidity, while lees stirring added mid-palate texture. Bottled at 13.5% ABV, the wine opens with ripe citrus, nectarine and nougat aromas alongside subtle clove and flinty mineral. The palate is finely poised, showing creamy oak integration, lively acidity and a long, citrus-framed finish.
